What to Expect During Your First Visit
Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination where we will evaluate your oral health, discuss any concerns you may have, and outline a personalized treatment plan. The visit includes:
- Detailed dental and medical history review
- Comprehensive dental examination
- Professional dental cleaning or a plan for Scaling and Root Planing, Deep Cleaning, or Gum Disease Therapy
- Digital X-rays (if necessary)
Please bring the following information:
- A list of all medications you are currently taking
- Any current medical concerns or conditions you may have
- Your dental insurance information, if you are covered and will be using insurance.
- If you’d like us to obtain a copy of your X-rays from your last dentist, please request that they be forwarded to our office before your appointment.
